This design promotes a natural rotation of the club head through impact to deter a slice. Ping increased the size of Ping K15 Driver’s hitting area by increasing the club face's heel-to-toe size to promote additional ball speed and forgiveness. This all adds up to a design that helps mid- to high-handicappers launch the ball higher, hit the ball longer, and split the fairways down the middle. Ping K15 Driver is designed to overcome slice, which is the strong point of this driver. As we know that a straight drive gives more distance than a slice that ends up in the trees.

The external weight pad places approximately 10% of the overall head mass towards the heel. Compared with Ping G15, this ping k15 driver is a bit wider and longer from front to back. Different from many other game-improving drivers, Ping K15 Driver retains a mostly traditional shape instead of being triangular or square. It is easy to align and sits almost square at address. This Ping K15 Driver works well for me. Straight shots came much easily with it, although the trajectory was a bit higher than I like. Fortunately, despite the high trajectory, I got a little roll after the ball landed because the club's design reduces spin. In terms of forgiveness, Ping K15 Driver also did a very good job. Off-center hits didn't cause much of a distance loss at all. I hit longer with Ping K15 Driver than with G15. Drives are straight and long. Overall, I’m very pleased with this Ping driver.
